Very fine diamond and sapphire brooch/pendant featuring an open frame stylized floral design, centrally set with 5 faceted pear shaped sapphires, weighing approximately 3.00cts total, and framed with 135 round brilliant and baguette cut diamonds weighing approximately 8.25cts total in a hand made 18K white gold mounting weighing 11.40dwt. Circa 1950.
